Navigating council requirements can be a complex undertaking. However, applying my skill set and experience, I aptly handle the entire consent application process and diligently follow through with Council until consent approval is obtained. I can also provide expert guidance regarding potential resource consent requirements and collaborate with a planner, as necessary, to obtain approval for resource consents.
